The Corsican connection[edità a fonte]

I have created "this" article in Norwegian: https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dormi%2C_dormi%2C_bel_Bambin . I found a whole lot of different variations on the text. I found origins in Northern Italy and Southern Switzerland. In the English Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dormi,_dormi,_bel_Bambin) I find a Corsican connection (and of course with you). The English Wikipedia says: It is particularly popular in Corsica. The carol is supposed to be a cradle song of the Virgin Mary.[1] The source should have been found in this book: http://books.google.no/books?id=-kud5Vsv_dQC&pg=PA67&lpg=PA67&dq=%22Dormi,+dormi%22+bambin&source=bl&ots=PKbQVVB3MI&sig=kIA7s2cWAmf4LynNvuAxFSyF1so&hl=no&sa=X&ei=7zCsUtj3H4fhygONmYCoDA&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q=%22Dormi%2C%20dormi%22%20bambin&f=false But this source does not cover the content of the English Wikipedia text. (The Corsican one (I am sorry) is Greek to me).

I would very much like to expand the Corsican connection, but I found no sources that I could read. (My Italian is close to nil). Is it possible for anybody in Corsica to help?. I am thinking of translating this to English, but would most certainly like some comments from you first. --  Dyveldi    14:00, 15 dicembre 2013 (UTC)
